Please remember this is a BY Appointment ONLY Business. If I am unable to respond to a text, email, or phone call right away, please know that I will respond as soon as possible after I am done with my treatments. Thank you!
*Please arrive on time for your appointment to fill out any client forms before any service. We want to accommodate you as best we can, and if lateness occurs a service may have to be shortened as there may be another client after you.
You can print out our Client Consent Forms prior to your appointment if you'd like to save time on your appointment day.
Please remember as a solo Esthetician, I work by appointment only, and look forward to our time together. I understand that
situations come up and sometimes unexpectedly, but really appreciate a phone call 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment after the 48 hour window, I will apply a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
Payment of products or services must be paid in full prior to leaving appointment. If purchasing a package such as microdermabrasion, payment must also be paid in full in order to receive discounted price.
Products & Purchases
Products purchased may not be returned once opened and used. Returns are only accepted when unused and no more then
2 days after your purchase.
Because we have been hit with some horrible weather in the past, Natural Faces will most definitely be closed during bad snow days,
storms, and other types of weather that would effect anyone driving. Your appointment will be rescheduled however, and you
can enjoy your facial treatment once the weather subsides. Thank you for understanding!
Gift Certificate Policy
Natural Faces Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service, used in full by expiration date and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not to be used with existing offers or discounts. You must bring gift certificate with you at appointment.
